Software Support Engineer Cheshire - £25k-£30k plus excellent benefits and great working environment
Software Support Engineer urgently required. You will be engaged in pre and post sales technical support of the company?s range of Plant Design and Engineering software. This would involve software presentations to clients, product training, and support, mostly via email, phone or internet. An amount of UK travel would be expected as well as possible overseas travel. Educated to Degree level in a software or Engineering subject such as Mechanical, Chemical or Process, the candidate would have a bright personality and the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients. A positive outlook is required to focus on achieving solutions, not problems. The ability to work on your own initiative, and commitment to self-improvement is a must. The candidate will have extensive experienced in software, and possible knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. A sound knowledge of databases is essential, as is the desire and ability to experiment with software.
